Privacy notice

What I collect. When you send a quote request, I get the details you enter (name, phone, email, town or postcode, message) and any photos you add. If you message me on WhatsApp, Facebook or by email, I get what you send there.

Why. Only to give you a quote, arrange and carry out the work, and keep basic records I need for my business and tax.

Who else sees it. Quote requests are delivered to my email by a form service (Web3Forms), and photos are stored securely with Cloudflare for up to 90 days so I can view them. I don't sell or share your details for marketing.

How long. Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Records for jobs I've done are kept as long as the law requires for tax.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Email jackdavidstokes@gmail.com or call 07525 747949. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
